ShieldPass Privacy Policy
Summary
ShieldPass does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any content you create. Your study progress stays on your device.
Data stored on your device
Your answers, exam results, flagged questions, flashcard progress, and study streak are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them.
Purchases
If you buy full access, the payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To confirm and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, which receives an anonymous app user ID, your store receipt, and basic device information such as OS version and app version. This data is used to provide and manage the purchase, including aggregate purchase reporting. It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. Analytics, ads, and tracking
ShieldPass contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Children
ShieldPass is a professional certification study tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted in the app and on our website with a new effective date.
